Before you donate

Please verify the beneficiary, amount and payment method before confirming a donation. Donations are intended to support charitable work and are not purchases of goods or services.

When to contact us

If a payment appears duplicated, was made in error, is unauthorised, or the payment status is unclear, contact sosfoundation.org@gmail.com or info@sosfoundation.org.in. Include the transaction reference, date, amount and the contact details needed to respond. Never send a UPI PIN, OTP, password or full card credentials.

Review and outcome

Requests will be reviewed against payment-provider records and applicable law. If a refund is appropriate, the timing and route may depend on the bank or payment provider. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a particular processing time. Where the payment was made through a third-party provider, you may also need to follow that provider’s dispute process.
